5- 2 crushed garlic cloves | I always think of making Arayes when I have narrow time to cook and suffering from a busy day, or during a long road trips where I fill a basket with Arayes and cover them with a warm towel or cloth, I also love preparing this dish when I have friends on dinner or lunch |

If you used large pita bread you can divide them into four pieces | Arayes originally came from either Syria or Lebanon but then spread to Jordan, Palestine and other countries in the recent years |
Method: 1- Combine all the ingredients to the meat and mix them very well | In my recipe, and even in the original recipe, I use lamb meat as it has more fat than beef |
